Service, maintenance and repairs are made easy with our service partner Maschinen-Klinik

Experienced service staff repair all airless appliances of all brands in line with the motto: All brands - all faults. In addition, screw pumps and high-pressure cleaners from a wide range of manufacturers are also part of the repair repertoire. You will receive a qualified repair quotation for your "airless patient" in the shortest possible time. We also offer a Germany-wide pick-up and delivery service.

Express repairs and all-round carefree services are carried out in co-operation with the Machine Clinic.

Express service

Speed is our passion. We are convinced that your machines will only delight you when they are in use and contributing to productivity. We guarantee a 48-hour express service for all MONSTER airless devices. This means that the MONSTER will leave our machine clinic no later than 48 hours (on working days) after approval for repair. We also offer a particularly fast service for all airless devices from other brand manufacturers.

Trained specialist staff

Our long-standing employees are highly trained, experienced and stress-tested: your machine is in the best hands here. With tried and tested diagnostic methods and a feel for the problem, faults are troubleshooting is quick and reliable.

Pick-up and delivery service

We will be happy to collect your machines from your office, workshop or construction site. Simply send us a message, prepare the machine(s) for dispatch (box or pallet) and they will be on their way to us. In some cases, our field service staff will also collect the machines from you. Once your machine has been repaired, it will be returned to you immediately: quickly, easily and reliably.

Warranty processing

Large stock of spare parts and accessories

In line with the motto "time is money", we have set up a large stock of spare parts and accessories for your safety. Exchange and service machines

If your machines break down and you urgently need a reliable solution to complete your construction site, we offer you replacement machines from our hire fleet for the repair time - for your planning security! No waiting for the fitter and the certainty that you can complete your construction site immediately and reliably once the replacement machine arrives - no matter how long we need for the repair. This is more cost-effective and reliable than any on-site repair.

Use of original parts

We only use original spare parts and original accessories: tested, developed and perfectly matched to your machine. This gives you the assurance that your machine will once again fulfil all the tasks assigned to it perfectly and to your satisfaction.

Maintenance service

We offer regular inspections for your machines. This performance check identifies weak points and emerging defects. This prevents breakdowns on the construction site. In addition, electrical systems undergo the mandatory annual safety inspection (e.g. DGUV regulation 3) to prevent accidents at work. Your machines are cleaned, greased and subjected to a functional test. Of course, an intensive test run is also included.

Rental park

Every conscientious repair or maintenance also needs a little time, which you don't have because there is a lot of deadline pressure and/or your employees cannot continue working without the machine. For cases, our machines from the hire park are at your disposal. available to you. You will quickly and reliably receive a hire machine with the equipment equipment you require.
