PaintMaster SARL is a specialised dealer for paint spraying equipment for the wholesale trade.

These services are aimed in particular at the paint wholesale trade.<\/p>

Explanations on the implementation of the service<\/h2>

The services offered by PaintMaster SARL take the form of telephone advice, e-mail correspondence and personal field service visits to customers.

Interested business customers can obtain information about the range by telephone or e-mail. Individual advice on the selection of suitable products is provided as required.<\/p>

The service is provided entirely by our own staff.<\/p>

Status of compatibility with the requirements<\/h2>

The above-mentioned service is partially compatible with the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG).<\/p>

The contents listed below are not barrier-free for the following reasons:<\/p>

  • Videos: Some of our embedded videos do not currently have subtitles. We will endeavour to add subtitles to all videos in the future.<\/li>
  • Podcasts: Some podcasts do not have transcriptions. We will endeavour to provide transcriptions of all podcasts in the future.<\/li>
  • Images without alternative text: Some images on the website have no alternative text. We check and update this content on an ongoing basis.<\/li>
  • The contrast ratio of background and foreground colours is not sufficient everywhere. We check and update the design of all content on an ongoing basis.<\/li>
  • Some sections are not correctly introduced by hierarchically organised headings. We check and update the layout of all content on an ongoing basis.<\/li><\/ul>

    PaintMaster SARL's services are partially compliant with the requirements of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG).

    Advice is available on request by telephone, e-mail or at the customer's premises. The catalogue is available as a PDF file; it is not yet available in a fully accessible version. PDF documents are not always operable with a screen reader.
    Keyboard operability is not guaranteed for all areas.

    A systematic review process for the full implementation of legal requirements is currently being developed. We are continuously working on making our services as accessible as possible for people with disabilities. However, we have fewer than 10 employees, which is why the adjustments take time and are not mandatory.<\/p>
